③ Suction line: Use hose with inner diameter ≥25 mm (avoid ≤20 mm to prevent cavitation), length ≤2 m, and suction height ≤500 mm (from oil level to pump center); install a 100 μm suction strainer
Q2: How to properly connect the hydraulic lines (pressure, suction, case drain)?
Line connection standards:
① Pressure port (P): Use DN20 steel pipe (PN40) or high-pressure hose (R12), tighten to 120 N*m; install a pressure gauge (0-400 bar) 10 cm from the port to monitor real-time pressure
② Suction port (S): Use smooth-bore hose (avoid corrugated pipes) with no throttling components; ensure the line is filled with oil before startup
③ Case drain port (T): Mandatory to use DN15 hose, directly connect to the tank (no valves or reducers), and ensure the port is 10 cm above the tank oil level to prevent back pressure
④ Control ports (X, Y): For FR control, connect port X to the pilot pressure source (30-40 bar) and port Y to the tank; use DN8 hose
