• Lockout/Tagout (LOTO): Before disassembling the pump, turn off the motor and relieve system pressure (open the relief valve) to avoid accidental startup or oil spray.
• Pressure testing: Never exceed the pump's peak pressure (350 bar) during testing; use a pressure gauge with a range ≥ 400 bar to monitor pressure.
• Protective gear: Wear safety glasses, gloves, and oil-resistant boots when handling hydraulic oil (prevents skin irritation and eye injury).
• No modifications: Do not modify the pump's housing, swashplate, or control mechanism (voids the warranty and may cause catastrophic failure).

Bosch Rexroth provides a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery for new A10VSO pumps, covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper installation, operation, or maintenance.
• Wear from using non-recommended hydraulic oil or contaminated oil.
• Repairs performed by unauthorized service providers.
